Problems and Solutions of Multi-apartment Housing Management in Latvia

Housing policy is closely related to the well-being and social integration of population each country, has a great impact on development various sectors entire national economy. An important part housing management sector, whose processes affect all levels society. The goals in Latvia are promote quality availability ensure regulatory basis for management. Special attention should be paid multi-apartment residential buildings, as they occupy more than half total area Latvia, approximately 65% lives apartments. tasks study identify, collect analyse information aspects managing well provide recommendations improvement policy. monographic or descriptive method was used analysis theoretical base. In order find out current situation main problems survey conducted which residents buildings different series number apartments participated. Analysing results survey, it found that incomplete information, lack interest, incompetence, communication between apartment owners house manager, legal deficiencies regarding ownership rights. Improvement base, increasing competence managers measures offered solutions.
